Worth the money
I have sent a parcel to UK for my friend cousins wedding. They have received safe and secure and it reached in 8days except weekends to them. Firstly I sent package from Bangalore to Mumbai and then they sent from Mumbai to UK. And the prices are really worth it.

Worth the money

I've been trying the whole morning to contact them to arrange for a pick-up and delivery but to no avail. I have called the number on the internet; sent emails to all the addresses I could find but nothing. I even drove to the address given on the internet here in Cape Town, but they are not even there anymore, they vacated the premises.

If i could give them less than one star i would do so without hesitation... been waiting for a delivery since 17 November 2022.. no one answers any calls.. not even their head office.. please close your doors and stop wasting peoples time and money.

Pathetic
Appalling, parcel collected from supplier on 25 August... according to tracking the package has not moved since 31 August.. I WANT MY PACKAGE Please not I did not choose this service my supplier did...obviously cost driven

Extremely bad service, I paid for Overnight service, and my package still has not been delivered. Contacted them and spoken to the GM, she cannot even give me a valid reason, or made any effort to assist me!! Emailed their head of department, without any feedback.. They cannot even say when the package will reach it's destination... Will never make use of them again, hope this helps someone not to be a victim of this company's terrible service!!

For two days now my package has been sent back to the depo. I have no idea why. I can't reach anyone for assistance and the courier does not have the courtesy to give me a call and advice...I mean we still pay for a service, hello.

Failed delivery
I have been trying to contact this comapany since friday last week and there has been no repsponse. I have even sent an email and no response. I have a parcel from shein that was sent back to the depot and i need to know why.

Atrocious!
All the reviews that I have read, says Business hasn't replied. I am not surprised. It astounds me how this business is still operating. How the owner can be so oblivious to all its problems or is the owner/stake holders aware of the problems and just choose to ignore it. From lack of delivery, failing to pay their couriers, promising deliveries but not keeping up their promises. As a business owner, you have to know how your business is run. How are you not fazed at the fact that you have not even one positive review in last 10 reviews posted, not even on your site? Do better!
