I had an operation at Westville life hospital in December 2023 and I have been handed over by the doctors and hospital for non payment even though the med was suppose to pay. Upon investigation it was found that discovery had sent the wrong doctor at the wrong hospital a PMA form to be filled and because of that my medical bills were not paid by discovery. It was their fault, now the correct email address that the form need to be sent to is docsanpract@mweb.co.za, I have called Dr Sanpersad rooms twice to check if the form was sent and the lady said it was not. I need discovery to send the form to them or me because either way I gave to sign the document before it is sent back to discovery. Due to their mishap I now have a bad credit score for non payment. Discovery please attend to this matter.
Telkom needs to refund me for a service that was not installed, I sent so many emails and now when I called 10210 they say I need to call the technical department to get a case reference number to to give the the billing department to get the refund. None of this was told to me when a lady from 10213 called me, she said I should email OnlineO1@telkom.co.za to cancel the account and waver the charges. Her name is Eva Stephen's. Please Telkom need to refund me asap
I am still waiting for my Fibre wifi line to be fitted, I relocated so I have done a new order. I tried calling open serve, there is no answer. This wait is too long a technician needs to come out.
I app**** for a relocation of my Fibre line to my new home last week Wednesday, Telkom informed me that I need to call Openserve to check when they will send a technician to install the new line as this is a new home with no Fibre boxes. I tried calling them several times and their line is always busy. My modem has arrived and now I won't have internet access for tbe holidays. I was told by today or so I should be up and no technician has come out yet. Please contact me on 0728917025
PEP stores had a barbie doll competition on Facebook on the 16 of October or so. I was sent a message that my child was one of the winners and I should send my personal details to them. They have not rep**** to my message and I am not sure if they have received it or not.
About a week ago outsurance call me do a quote and I was told they were having a promotion. I would get up to R1500 if they couldn't beat my current insurance. We'll they didn't beat my current insurance so they asked me to send them my document on my insurance which I did. They sent a reply saying someone will contact me but no one has done so. I am now wondering if this promotion is not true and they know have my personal document of my insurance.
I have been waiting for months for discovery to refend me around R495 or so and every time they say tell my broker they are working on it or it will take 5 days etc. Still no payment and they are the ones that made a mistake.
A few months ago I claimed for a fridge from dotsure insurance. I was paid out and i was told a salvage company would call me to collect my old fridge. I had to keep the old fridge outside my flat as i live in a complex until the salvage company could collect. Weeks went by and i did not receive a call so i called dotsure insurance to find out if they were collecting. They said they would call the salvage company and then a few more few went by no call. I could no longer keep the fridge outside because it was allowed due to me staying in a complex so i had to dump the fridge. Long after a guy from a salvage company called to ask about the fridge and i explained to him how long i waited and had to dump the fridge. He rep**** saying it was ok no problem. Today after months with no contact from dotsure since then which was months ago, i get sent a letter of demand to pay R2399 for salvage of this fridge before the 31st july or i will be sent a summons to pay back the money they paid me. This is not acceptable. It is unproffessional from dotsure side and the salvage company as i was not informed beforehand of any fee that i would have to pay if i got rid of the fridge. I will not paying them this amount, they need to retract this letter of demand as it is their fault and mistake from both parties. I will go to the media and ombudsman and cancel my policy with them.
I have been trying to contact this comapany since friday last week and there has been no repsponse. I have even sent an email and no response. I have a parcel from shein that was sent back to the depot and i need to know why.
My parcel was suppose to be deliver to me yesterday and was sent back to the west bay and the same thing has happened today. I am not sure why they are loading the parcel but not delivering it on two occasions now. Is there something fraudulent going on because the supervisor from the durban office told me she spoke to the driver and he was going to drop off the parcel between 4.30pm and 5pm today but he never showed up. NA0009325076 IS THE TRACKING NUMBER PLEASE ENSURE THIS PARCEL IS DELIVERED FIRST THING ON MONDAY MORNING. VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY.
