Contacted this restaurant's managers via watsapp and email. They didn't bother to respond regarding double charge **** done by the waitress at Walter sisulu botanical garden restaurant. "Weve had some drinks at your restaurant. Asked for the bill and tapped the card. Waitress said it didn't go trough. We inserted the card . She said declined transaction. Gave R 400 and went after her to get the change R 150 and slip. Her tip was about R 44 . Told the ladies at the entrance that the first transaction is registered by my bank. Today ive seen the payment went to your account. Will forward all the relevant documents."
I have to open a theft case against them at the police. Will share the case number .
Evertrend has acknowledged receiving our payment, sent some.email to.assure us they are not a bogus shop.... and nothing is happening. You cannot phone them , to ask when the goods are arriving. No tracking number is sent. Stay away from these sites. They operate from a same adress where another company selling online , paying them and could not get payment back or the goods .
They use to operate under a different name when took payment and never delivered. Now acting under a new name and same adress. Their site takes payments but doesn't even issue invoices or anything. Emailed them . No reply. Called them . No reply. Ild ******* new name.
This platform is good . You share the experience , the companies involved reply courteously , and make a phone call ... than nothing else happen. Cannot comment on the same issue again. Other people think they sort things out after the message and call. Takealot sends me to Defy and Defy sends me to takealot. They don't take responsibility for faulty product supp****
Defy sells defective used solar fridges on Takealot , which doesn't warn you that it is impossible to get a new product , or refund. Defy wrote to me today to go to the store that sold it to me . The store ? Takealot tells me to go to hell and is censoring my review stating it is hate speech.
Niche market for faulty Defy sollr fridges that cannot be returned ot refunded. They have censored the reviews. Total cost if installing was R 25 000. The installer stated " takealot sells the rejects/ faulty units " Had to.pay the installer that wasn't honest about the fault on product. All is documented. Take alot stated that my comments as above are hateful.and abusive.
Mechanic inspected vehicle, drove inside the workshop and drove out in the parking lot to park it. At 8 am nobody had a tool to do any service . Shop was half fool with unrepaired vehicles . Nobody was servicing cars I've arrived there at 7 . They took my car first.... only to park it away. Sloths moving around with cofee. Told the mechanic " give me the key " I won't service my car here , no mechanic is working " he gave the key and smiled. A ***** could have been given the key also. The mechanic didn't see me bringing the car .
It is a year since I've paid them and have not received my order or a refund.
Paid these guys without verifying reviews.. They could operate from India somewhere and have a fictive shop adress. They aren't afraid of guys coming to collect or recover funds. They sound like those **** Indian ******* who de***** people. Smart hassle delaying .
