Hilda customer service is very bad and some of the people there will provide you misleading information about the car when they trying to sell you the car

Hi, Be careful of Shop 2 Shop to avoid stress. They will rob you of your POS money and blame it on a technical glitch. Don't be fooled by their low POS transaction costs, rather get a service provider that will give you peace of mind. Their customer service, worse I've seen in my life. Zeenex you are the worse customer agent I've come across.

WE BUY CAR IS INCOMPETENT AND PROVIDES POOR SERVICES
This complaint links and relate to the previous complaint I wrote in this platform a while ago. On the 25/02/2022 I sent Wynand an email cancelling the vehicle sale transaction. On the 28/02/2022 I sent a follow up email to Malcolm. Between the 07-09/03/2022 I reminded Wynand about the email I sent to him on a phone call and he said he would come back to me. I am not surprised that no-one has responded to date because I am used to their modus operandi. They never respond or revert to you whether when you have called them or sent a complaint through the complaint platform in their website. I have never seen such incompetency and poor services from such a big company. This company does not deserve even a star because there is nothing starship about them. I am not pulling a race card but I don't think the other race group get such bad services and I whish I am wrong in my statement.

Incompetence and Poor Service, We Buy Cars Modus Operandi
I bought a car with We buy Cars PE Branch and the experience I had, was the worst I ever had possible I will ever have and their sister JHB South branch, not different from them. The PE branch manager, Marinas and the JHB South branch Mechanic Edgar might be best suited for other responsibilities because there are failing from the ones there are entrusted with. I bought a car two months ago from the PE branch that has mechanical issue no-one is really interested in resolving the issue instead making non-intelligent remarks/advice. There seem to be trying to detach themselves from the issue and not taking decisive action. We buy cars company looks like a reputable company but a look can be deceiving. I will never buy a car from them and would never advise anyone to buy from them unless you want some stress in your life. If I had it my way they would not even get one star because its too much of an achievement for them.
