All I can say I need my money then they can continue block their account iy been 2 months since they blocked it they keep on asking my ticket number then I give them but still i sent all the required documents but nothing still permission denied all I need is my money then I can try my business somewhere else coz this is nonsense.

Worst service provider and I would never ever recommend that anyone for a matter of fact sign up with them my account was suspended more than a month ago and since then I have been calling on a daily basis on their customer care line which goes unanswered the one time I got through they requested that I sent up in location and picture of my business and submitted via WhatsApp which too is never responded or answered it took them over two weeks to acknowledge that they received pictures and business location that they requested thereafter numerous phone calls and WhatsApp texts i got through accounts department where I was advised that everything corresponds theyβre just waiting on the go ahead from their never around manager matters are always escalated but somehow never attended to, communication is always promised but yet i have made the most attempts to contact shop2shop and have not received an email stating the basis and suspension of my account, lack of communication and service delivery worst of all we trust shop2shop to handle our money but yet we cannot get through something as basic as customer care, having backlogs is a sign of being short staffed and should not be an acceptable excuse for the business we bring in there should be service delivery.

I am highly dissatisfied and angry to the core with Shop2Shop at this point.And willing to go as high as I can to reach resolution. The machine I use to swap has blocked and I can't withdraw with a very high amount to stock to push my business im stuck and my business is close to elapsing. I have contacted my sales rep and no feed back is provided .The call center has poor customer service with attitude and their phones go to voicemail.Email contact is also poor ,no one calls us back it has been two weeks now we have no feed back no communication has been provided ,stating to think they are *****.why do we get these machines to kill and destroy our business .Cause when you need the machine everyone is available ,but when thes an issue with their machine no one cares to even update you with a simple issue that will only take minutes to update. I'm willing to also go to social media platforms to make sure everyone is aware of the bad poor customer experience im receiving.from shop2shop

Very bad service I have been trying to transfer money from there account to my account it's been say permission denied it's been 3 months now no one explain to me whats happening I have been calling for the past 3 weeks π‘π‘ Never see the service like this .No one answer the phone no reply on WhatsApp.It seems like they frozen ur acct and took ur money run away . I can not contact them since few months ago until now .Terrible experience with shop2shop.
