am very disappointed in the manner this case has been resolved. No phone calls jus this app and what you say is final. Like I said your agents gave the incorrect information. I even ask if i could buy the hub caps from the agent and was advise i would only pay the access of R1000. You charging me R4000 i might have come in a accident and know that is damages i need to pay i want someone higher a manager or customer relationship to contact via phone. Im sick and tired of you telling me its close. When you check the car out they say access R4000 if in accident stolen vehicle damage that was not damage just hub caps stolen as per you 10.4 Im merely purchase for you'll to fit this will have to b resolve Even after agent admitted fault If will not pay till this is resolve satisfactory
