I am highly dissatisfied and angry to the core with Shop2Shop at this point.And willing to go as high as I can to reach resolution. The machine I use to swap has blocked and I can't withdraw with a very high amount to stock to push my business im stuck and my business is close to elapsing. I have contacted my sales rep and no feed back is provided .The call center has poor customer service with attitude and their phones go to voicemail.Email contact is also poor ,no one calls us back it has been two weeks now we have no feed back no communication has been provided ,stating to think they are *****.why do we get these machines to kill and destroy our business .Cause when you need the machine everyone is available ,but when thes an issue with their machine no one cares to even update you with a simple issue that will only take minutes to update. I'm willing to also go to social media platforms to make sure everyone is aware of the bad poor customer experience im receiving.from shop2shop
I'm am very angry at the Dstv call center,for ignoring me from Supervisor to agent.Siphesihle and Buziwe after my complaint .No call has been made by the supervisor after I called with my airtime .For an hour issue not resolved.My bill is high at their fault for compact of R469.00 now I must pay R569 for what exactly because Dstv gave incorrect amount to pay.Whats hurting is that I'm paying this for a pensioner and no assistant is given I'm still waiting for a call till now when I call no one is picking up the call just dropped.Tell me why must I waist my money and not pay Wifi,only because the person I paying for is a pensioner and it's easy for her to use the Dstv but poor customer service from them. ratting 0 to DStv .Like I don't have any respect for it and don't recommend anyone to have Dstv honestly.
I am so disappointed that companies like these still exist,using their employees by not assisting them with their UIF documents.Whats disgusting about this company everyone that doesn't work for the company anymore but eligible to get UIF has not received their funds because of the Lady owner and the HR department that plays with it's employees at their lowest .I don't know whether it's ****** act or what .Cash Crusaders South dale doesn't care of it's employees after a long term relationship with it's employees.As long as they are fired they will be suffering even for their Incomplete documentations and a number of emails promising ex employees lies.No response to people who have families and are bread winners to their family.
Pick and pay Maponya, Can you please assist us with the customer care for pick n Pay because all the numbers I've called are not being picked up. I'm Thandi, I had the worst experience today. I was on the queue and when I reached to the front, the cashier was so rude. She didn't greet me, she had no name tag on, she did not offer me plastic bags. She was just so rude. She was rude about my trolley and the direction it was facing. She was so disrespectful. I'm Nomonde Thandis friend Wow I had never been so bul**** and see my friend bul**** by the cashier and the packer, absolutely BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. So that is just the beginning when I see my friend drop her face because of the cashier, and I took a pause because I was shocked. I decided to be positive and greet the lady and asked for bags as the packer is complaining that thes no bags. Again her way of asking for bags....... Wow , we carry on and I realize the lady is actually punching 70 percent of the items bought. I get bored and advise her there is no way you can do this, I mean the line is slow and I just see you punching. I grab one of the items and show her how to scan as I've once been a cashier before, and I somehow she this lady taking her time and scanning items incorrectly that's why they not scanning. Believe me now I just want to go home, cause I feel like these ladies are really messing up with us. Still I wait for them to finish so I can finally break free from these BULLIES. After receiving a fabulous customer servise from buying a Gas heater and a speaker. Those two ladies approached us with love explained, and compared different brands with us and advised us how we can not include groceries and their products in one bill because they have their on till. Bear in mind I'll be swiping twice from their till to the grocery in one shop. I was ok with that.Now I'm paying for groceries and I need a cash back of a R1000. 00 as I can not swipe again and go to the ATM, so might as well include that in one go. CHARGES APPLY. The cashier now says she doesn't have money, so I explain to her that I've already swiped in store so can she borrow from her colleagues or ask a supervisor to assist she says NO. I got ****ed because she doesn't even want to try, now her packer says she doesn't have money because all customers are swiping today.I told the packer to keep her mouth shut as I am not speaking to her. She tells me that she is not fighting and will try with attitude. And when she comes back she tell her packer to drop it the supervisor will solve me like I'm the problem. Wow funny though the supervisor gives her the 1000 Rands and she proceeded with words full in her mouth don't know what she is saying. I was so hurt and disappointed from them both the packer and the cashier. I'm not sure I will ever go there again. With no name tag because it broke and no sticker of her name to replace that like Yoo. Hermínia Mosito and her packer destroyed Pick and Pay Customer service with Pride. Pick and pay Maponya Mall.
I am so disappointed by being in the que for about 45 minutes waiting for T1 even now I'm still here, all the busses are coming in but nothing on T1 from from Prota Glen to Thokoza I'm getting late for work no assistance to the staff at all. Another thing I'm sure will be here late waiting for a bus that gois to Protea Glen. I'm so sick of these busses like really.
Today I went to do groceries at Javulani, only to find out when I got home my groceries are short but I was charged for it. Selati brown suger was missing in my groceries 2kg. I'm really angry because it's 30 bucks to get there in return yet now I must go back and Im at work. The servise is not pleasant the fact that you pay a full price for groceries and yet they missing. Fiid lovers market Javulani. Now my mother has to go there cause I'm working of which I'm waiting for response and I have a feeling I won't be happy. Not going there ever again.
Cancelled my account with rage but yet they say I'm owing them yet i paid everything up till the account was on 00,yet nothing is closed. I'm not happy I've been sending them emails with no response to why the account is owing till now.
Good day Yesterday we bought 6 pack of beer at Pick and pay Randburg Square liquor ,of which the cashier scanned the pack twice. Realized later that we have been charged extra. So today we decided to go get a refund, when we got at the store the manager was very professional and the ladies he was busy with. We stood there for about 42 minutes as the manager asked the camera room to investigate. I therefor asked him how far is the investigation as we are at work as well we have to go back. He politely took ownership and went to the camera room himself. He took long but because of the manner of his approach we were also not that upset. Problem is when one of the guys Tebogo was asked earlier to go and check the process or whatever was asked cause he took the slip with him, came back and just sat down without having to advise us what's going on. So we decided again to ask what's going on? No one advised us of the turn around time we could have been there for an hour maybe if we didn't ask. We asked Tebogo cause he went and sat to the managers chair and he said rudely how long do you think investigation take WOW. We were so surprised by the response, we shouted at him that you don't talk to customers like that because no one is advising us of anything and he said its not his query WOW again. As were arguing with the him a guy named Doro came now because were are shouting at the store because of time waisted he came and advised us what's happening and we must not pressure him as he is busy with the investigation. I think you also don't talk like that with a customer who chose Pick and Pay of all the liquor stores like that. I told him they have to escalate the cashier and we told him about the guy who is rudely talking to us Tebogo and we are going to report this bad awful customer service, will go to Hello Peter for the cashier he said you can do that WOW my Gosh. Honestly i have not been happy with this store but the manager was beautiful and he is the only guy i would go back to the store and those ladies he was with. Manger Called me to cum for my Refund. Thanks to him, The staff not happy at all.
Hi yesterday 26/02/2021 requested a ride and spent 5 minutes in the cold no driver arriving. On the app it shows driver on the same area as me but two street away, driver is not completing a ride its just parking. I calm down and cancel to request a second driver the still I get the same driver. Spent other five minutes decided to call he doesn't pick up called again still no pic up. Decide to cancel and use taxies cause I'm not winning today and, I saw someone approaching that kind of looks like the picture I saw on the app so he was also looking at me thinking it might be me caring the phone .Saw the car thought why not use it cause he is here, waved and he came, got in the car and said i cancelled sorry, u were taking long and i was calling you why were u not answering cause i could see where u are the's no robots but u didn't answer my calls. Driver answered so rudely that u cancelled so what must i do he asked? I was shocked at the response yet I'm in the car cancelled in like 15 seconds before he saw me i don't want to request cause u here so please take me where I'm going and i don't like the tone of your voice i said. He there for said f me get out of the car while the car is moving, i sad stop the car so i can get out he drove the car to a destination i didn't know i was shouting screaming and called 10111.He stop the car and got out to two men and complained that he is f tied of me swearing at me telling me I'm drunk and he doesn't care were i end up on .Two guys looks like they the owner of the car apologized when I took a picture of the number plate and the owner said he would like to apologies and drove me to the address. I'm a highly bolt user I'm so disappointed and reported on line but nothing is being communicated with me opened a case of attempted kidnap and defamation of character.
Good day I would like to get assistance as I can't apply for anything as this company has my name under their records. This is the second complain I'm doing with this company and yet I'm not wining even with the school for my son. All I want is my name cleared under debt review so I can get a school a house the list goes on but I'm failing as they once gave me a 17 form to use but still I'm failing. I cant apply for anything as they hold power to everything and lied and said to me my name is no longer under their records but yet it comes out, I try to fix my life now my son cant get a home and school can someone help cause I'm willing to fight them in all the power I have to make sure no one gets help from this company as they lie to their clients all because I rejected their application. I will go to the papers everywhere to make sure my name is cleared under their records and show all south Africans why they should use companies like these
