A traumatic experience of my life. on the 5th of July 2019 I have visited Nissan/Renault menlyn to procure service kit for my wife's car, when I enter the door the cordless telephone hit my knee when I check the white service consultant was busy arguing with a black technician and throw him with a cordless phone while I was still shocked that white guy stormed out of the office didn't even bother to apologize to me. while I was waiting on the queue to be assisted the Manager approached and ask me to come to his office, and again he was didn't ask me how I was feeling or did the cordless phone has injured me or something, all his was concern " what have you heard'' that's all, so that he can be able to protect his white brother. since that incidence when am doing my morning run I feel a knock on my knee and I think that throw from the white guy made an impact, I don't know as a consumer in this new democratic dispensation what are my rights pertaining to this incident, and lastly, I feel pity for that black technician they way he was treated in front of customers and he also confessed to me that ''my brother this is how we treated here''. so, I never thought 2019 there are still white guys out there who treat our black brother like that especially in the private businesses.
