Extremely poor service and unprofessional rather take your money elsewhere
Extremely poor customer service, request for funds upfront, does not deliver material but rather gives a long waiting period, cannot stick to time , does not provide any feedback or reaches out to update. Extremely Unproffessional behavior all the time. To get things you need to go to his or the family workshop and fight with them.

Poor customer service, corrupt minded, bullying
Charged extremely high for month of June R1700 vs an agreed contract cost of R300 per month. I inquired and was given the run around ,I was told that i will receive the recording which didn't happen up until the end of the month for which the funds was deducted from my account having not heard from TELKOM. At present they have suspended my account

Telkom's poor customer service and bullying
Poor customer care and experience. They charged me extra 3 times more than my contract amount R1700 vs R300. I inquired and was given the run around by staff whom didn't know what they where doing trying to source the recording i had to see who was in the wrong. until finally at the end of the month they deducted from my account. they have at present suspended my account because i refused to pay R1700 without having resolved the matter with me as their client. its clear they will do this to others too. Telkom is a big company and can be reduced to something small if they treat their customers like this. i have been with them for over 2 years and its clear that means nothing to them. i am considering taking things further.
