The tastiest food I had from a restaurant In a LONG time! The service however from the waitress was not up to standard, very rude. When I asked for chips in stead of wedges she turned around and walked away. When my food came I had only received chips and no veggies. But the food 5 star AMAZING!!!
Please send all your employees for training and development specifically customer service programmes. I will never forget the rude employees and absolutely terrible customer service I've experienced at Sorbet Brooklyn.
I was extremely disappointed with my visit to Sorbet Brooklyn. Firstly the receptionist is very unkind, both on the phone, making the appointment and in person when I arrived. Service by Nozi for gel nails, It felt like I was an inconvenience to Nozi, very rude from the start. Nozi did not listen to me when I asked her what I wanted and as a result, she did not apply the right type of gel on my nails, resulting in me overpaying. These two ladies that I came into contact with at sorbet (which should be representing their company) clearly do not understand, that because of their attitude Sorbet has now lost a client. And I will not keep quiet about my experience and will warn the people I know.
