I took out a student medical aid for my daughter in 2023. As she is a student and not working all payment done by me as parent which I stated when I app****. I got communication of increase etc but now this month I got debited R2000 more because we did not submit proof that she a student. I have not received any communication requesting it via email or sms. All they saying is that communication was sent which I definitely did not receive. Why would I not submit proof if she registered beginning of the year already and pay so much for student that hardly uses the medical aid. So frustrated with service
I purchased demo car and added maintenance. started service car Oct as from date of purchase only now to discover that plan expired July (from date car first registered). as i havent purchased before i feel this should be explained to customer. and feedback is also practically non existent from them
I purchased a pair of girls walkmates school shoes over 6 months ago and have to say that I am extremely disappointed in the quality and feedback I got from Woolworths. A piece of the heel broke off of the shoe. The rest of the shoe quality is in perfect condition as you could see it wasn't abused. Woolworths policy said as its over 6 months they can't refund and its normal wear and tear. My question to them is how does the middle of the shoe just break off. The quality of there product has dropped that I would advise clients to steer away or return within 6 months because they really don't care anymore. I have to say that I am extremely disappointed in the walkmates products
