Within 5 minutes my funds were loaded to my One card after making contact with the Consultant and I can go to the Optometrist. Most efficient and reliable funds / insurance, for a third of a medical fund price!

More than a month ago, a promise was made to refund on a unit that was delivered to us on the day before my husband passed away - the unit was never used and we paid double the month's rental, without arguments, over R6k. When I immediately informed RespoCare that the product is not sufficient and not according to my husband's prescription, an alternative buying solution was discussed, but then, unfortunately, my husband passed away on the 11th of September, and since then, I have been struggling to get any refund at a time that is most stressful for us as a family! Telephonic conversations were made and promises that a 1-month rental will be refunded - NOT AS YET!!
We have been in 2017 with Oneplan. We DON'T HAVE ISSUES! Oneplan is GREAT!! On 01.04.25 my husband was admitted to Emergency at ZAR, he then needed scans and tests and without delay Oneplan approved admission, eventhough some people at the hospital was negative and said we will need to go to a state hospital as Oneplan does not pay!!! These comments infuriating me. We paid out of pocket for the serviced, but within 7 days, the funds were in our account. Then my husband was transferred to Life Groenkloof ICU, then Highcare and finally oncology, as he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung cancer. Never during these days I had to worry about account, and it accumulated to more than R150k. Oneplan paid all service providers up to the latest account. A dreaded disease cover was authorised, and my husband can get Chemo treatment. Today, I spoke to Sheldon at the hospital admission department of Oneplan, and he again, as all other consultants at Oneplan, assisted me with ease and professionalism.
EXCELLENT SERVICE Quick and prompt response from Client Services and with my application to withdraw some of my funds, 7 days and the funds were in my account. A streamlined web application with no hassle.
Just want to comment on the excellent assistance I received from Tshegofatso Matlakala at Oneplan Health Insurance today!
A lawyer friend informed us to use this company as a "runner" to register a deceased estate. In August 2023 all the original documentation was sent via courier to them, they received it but since then a year passed, and no deceased estate was logged at the Department and their communications lines are not effective. The landline not working and the cell is just ringing. We cannot submit the documents ourselves as the originals are with them. Accidently they picked up the call on 02.06.2024 when I called from another number, Nicole stated she would get hold of the person at the court and contact me back, a month ago, no communication.
