Terrible supplier
I can only echo the negative feedback from the other reviews. Poor communication on the status of the order I've placed even after several emails. No one bothers to respond. I would not recommend them. Unfortunately, they were selected by the school as the supplier so will most certainly make the school aware of the situation and the negative reviews.

We made a booking at Kedros Ballito for my son and friends for RAGE early this year. Booking was accepted. When my son arrived, the owner would not allow them access because they were attending Rage. I get why you might not want to allow kids attending Rage stay at your facility, BUT then be upfront and make it clear on the booking site. When I contacted the owner, she said it was covered in the T's & C's - this is not correct I checked. She would not even let them stay the night before Rage to give us a chance to try sort it out. It should be clearly indicated to avoid incidences like this. The site says Minimum age for check in is 18. It says no pets and no smoking - suggest you add no Rage attendees or increase the minimum age to 21 - this would exclude any kids attending Rage at the end of their matric year. Owner's attitude was appalling.
