The hotel is clean and good but what was excellent was the amazing service received by booking agent Siwa and shuttle service driver Siwe. These lovely people rendered a service that was far beyond my expectations. Kindest, most supportive people. A definite asset to the company. God bless them dearly. I have Never seen this support for guests, they went over and beyond. 🙏
Have a nano sleuth 2 installed for 2 years and when my husband called to test the tracker the agent stated that they were unable to pick up the signal. We having been making regular payments and am disgusted with the service. Agent promised to get someone to check the unit but no feedback. I called again and spent 20 minutes on the line with an agent , Bongi, who advised if i wanted her to book an agent to come and check the unit. I was livid as this was already booked 2 DAYS ago and no feedback. Seriously thinking of cancelling with this awful service provider. I need a refund for all the months that the unit was not working. What service are yourll providing? The agent then asked me to upgrade the service to track the vehicle and that my package was only a recovery service, in the case of our vehicle being stolen. What Utter nonsense!! Told the agent to call my husband asap and make the necessary arrangements to get someone to us. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER WHICH I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Will be spreading the word about Netstar and looking into getting a more reliable Tracker company. Would not even give it a 1 star rating!!
