We have, over many years, had cause to be grateful for TIB's great service, but have not always publicly acknowledged their it. We had reason again this week to be grateful as they backed us through their "ASSIST" service. When you need your insurer, it's because things have gone wrong and we appreciate the way that TIB look after us above and beyond.
We wanted to compliment Franke (Durban) for the great way in which they handled an issue we had with our kitchen sink. They could very easily have fobbed us off, but instead really went the extra mile in supporting their product and assisting us.
