Useless
I have had the same problem going on 2 months and I still have gotten no where they just told me it will take another week after I had to go through a process of sending the same information that contradict the popie act, just to have gotten no where and it does not matter if a write on hellowpeter it is like they ignore you

Flys in closed meat
We went to do our shopping over the weekend and we bought mince meat, just to come home and find dead flys and I mean more than 1 inside the mince, so put off honestly beyond eww and worse was it was sealed making me wonder even more

Unveiled information to delay refund
I started a process now going on over a month for a refund I have had no luck in this I was told I'm married when I'm not I am waiting and starting a process all over after a month to restart now due to the agent putting my surname incorrect

Great
The maternity unit team at Arywp showed me nothing but love, care and support they looked after my partner and I, with care and encouragement. The baby and I were regularly checked in with and we ended up in ICU. In ICU, we had the best treatment Sister Salome. She calmed me down and got just as excited for us! Thank you to our pediatrician Dr Duma truly a women of grace!

I was told by Bonitas that my birth would not be covered,just to find out it is one of the condition they have to cover as per the law passed by the government. Wow 😮😳 and this is acceptable

Worst bank
Why do the call center agents speak to you like you stupid, she put the call down on me and my issue is still not resolved, honestly got told by an agent who gaslights you... now my issues is still in the air.

worst bank in history
When I joined standard bank, I had the most unhealthy start and I laid a complaint after the women who opened my account with me, I later was told my account Brocker would change, every time i call i have a horrible experience i have now nothing left to say but the worst customer service is with standard bank each time i call i end up overwhelmed with no help and bad attitudes from there so called customer care i regret the day i opened my account with standard bank...... would never recommend the bank to my worst i honest enemy, honestly today was my last straw my own bank has put me in tears
