STAY AWAY. Support is useless and will basically tell you the issue is either resolved when its not or the issue is on your side. Weather you have Bitco host you VoIP PBX (telephones), or your internet you are doomed! When there is an issue they blame DFA, their employees or litterally anything to deflect the blame. You wait for days or weeks for feedback or resolution. Feedback is always lacking and there is barely a prognosis when an issue is resolved. We have had multiple times where we left in the dark without service. The best is when you use their VOIP system and the data is inaccurate. Trust me don't waste your money or time with these guys!
We have been a long-term business/enterprise customer of Bitco and have gradually seen them go down. As BitCo relies on DFA for infrastructure, there has been major DFA Infrastructure degradation see this article: https://mybroadband.co.za/news/fibre/475997-dfa-network-collapse.html We have had multiple occasions this year where we are left without internet for days. Earlier this year 6 days and now writing this we are 50 hours and counting with no internet and all of this at our Randburg branch. At our Midrand branch, the situation is much the same. We have to constantly push them for updates, they keep telling us that their NOC team is investigating and really nothing happens. Beware, stay away from these guys!
Stay away from these guys. My company is a loyal customer of theirs with multiple sites internet connections and VOIP telephony system provided by Bitco. Recently our gigabit fibre line has been problematic for 2 weeks and completely down for 1 week now. Meaning we have lost 4 days of business at our busiest tie of the year. For one they say we will call you back with feedback, but that never seems to happen and two i have asked for an alternative option (multiple times now), in the case we have had downtime for so long, they should be able to give us alternative options, but this too never seems to happen. Let this be a fair warning. I have never worked with such a useless ISP, who couldn't care less about their customers of over 5 years.
Disappointed, in a store we have been supporting for years would shut their door in a customers face pleading for help just before the store closes, even after calling and telling them that we will make it just before they close. This is not the GW we remeber all those years back.There is no customer sympathy anymore.

Honest, fair and price competitive. I dealt with salesman Mujeeb, called him after hours and arranged to view a car after hours as well and he made provision just for me. I highly recommend this dealership and Mujeeb. Will be buying another car in the future from these guys! 10/10
