What could have been a positive review due to the fact that consultation was good, has instead turned into a negative experience due to the way they handle payment refunds. I had to pay a few thousand (rand) upfront for an unexpected medical procedure at Pink Ribbon and unfortunately medical aid reimbursed the Dr instead of patient. And that's when the back n forth started. It took over two months to get my money refunded by the Dr despite numerous phone calls and emails. I was eventually told in mid-July that I would be refunded at month end....zero concern for the financial implications such delays could have. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
