Abusive towards animals and unhygienic facilities

I had taken my dog to this parlour when she was 5 months old. She had returned home with a skin and ear infection that has left my dog restless and in excruciating pain 24/7. We have spent so much money on vetenary charges and she is now 2 years old and we still haven't managed to get rid of the infection. The skin infection is also still not cure and had spread over her face leaving her unable to open her eyes. She no longer plays or eats because the pain is unbearable. Also, they ripped my other dogs nail out on the same visit and until today, he will not allow anyone to touch that paw as it still hurts him. A few months later a lady from the company called me to ask when my dogs would be returning and when I informed them of the incidents, she simply said okay and put the phone down.
