Julle is pateties
POSH PAWS!!! Nooit in my lewe het ek sulke useless mense gesien nie, bereid om te betaal, maak reelings om te betaal, reel vir n dag en tyd 2 ***KEN KERE en nogsteeds sal hulle jou nie bel of net n boodskap stuur om te kanseleer nie. Hulle gee elke persoon n ander bedrag. En dan mag jy niks bespreek met die mense wat jou diere gaan doen nie. Kom nie uit by jou nie. Jy sit en wag en wag en as jy hulle probeer bel dan igroneer hulle jou. Julle is ***KEN PATETIES POSH PAWS!!!! Eerste keer oe nee daar is ander mense wat meer gaan betaal per dier. Rerig? Julle het ons n prys gegee en n mens verwag julle moet daarby hou, hoe maak jy n afspraak met iemand en kanseleer oor ander mense meer betaal want jy het hulle meer gevra, se weer julle is pateties 2de keer, vandag sit en wag en wag en wag, nee hulle wil nie vandag werk nie hulle wil in die week kom!!! Rerig mense werk en is nie deur die week deur die dag by die ***ken huis nie. Dis hoekom ons mos reel vir n naweek oor n naweek. Se weer julle is die mees patetiese klomp agterbakse bliksems ooit. Posh paws julle is USELESS VERBY

Posh Paws Dog & Cat Parlour Weltevreden Park
I took my Jack Russel in for grooming on 23 February 2023. Upon collecting her, she was still very damp and was restless. After a day I discovered that she was bitten by something all over her body. I rubbed biocort ointment all over these marks. However, after a few days her hair raised up in clumps and upon further investigation, I saw hundreds of red raised bumps filled with blood. On 2 March 2023, rushed her to the vet and it was confirmed that she was bitten. Vet had to administer antiobiotics and anti inflammatories immediately to help with the itching, inflammation and pain. I called the groomers to inform them since this is a health and safety issue. Also we are never allowed to go into the area where our pets are being groomed to view, that area always looks very dark, so my concern was ventilation and are our pets being dried using clean towels etc. Is this area kept clean!! The cages they put our pets in are also a concern. I give my dog the kennel cough vaccine to protect her from kennel cough due to her visiting the grooming parlour. However I was not expecting this? I sent the grooming parlour a picture taken on the day of the vet visit to show her the bite marks etc, as the vet had to shave off the entire back section of my dog. After a week, she was still oozing pus and was not eating. Currently we are busy investigation this with health authorities. This is a serious health and safety issue!!!

Abusive towards animals and unhygienic facilities
I had taken my dog to this parlour when she was 5 months old. She had returned home with a skin and ear infection that has left my dog restless and in excruciating pain 24/7. We have spent so much money on vetenary charges and she is now 2 years old and we still haven't managed to get rid of the infection. The skin infection is also still not cure and had spread over her face leaving her unable to open her eyes. She no longer plays or eats because the pain is unbearable. Also, they ripped my other dogs nail out on the same visit and until today, he will not allow anyone to touch that paw as it still hurts him. A few months later a lady from the company called me to ask when my dogs would be returning and when I informed them of the incidents, she simply said okay and put the phone down.
