To whom it may concern, I'm a member of fedhealth and have been for many years. I have a terrible problem with my teeth and am in terrible agony.My dentist wants an authority from medical aid before doing and I'm having to suffer as no matter how hard I try I cant get hold of anyone at fedhealth to talk to.In the last 72 hours I have phoned fedhealth 4 times holding on for 1st time 27mins 2nd time 33mins 3 rd time 47 mins 4th time 1 hour and 3 mins To the tune of your call is important to us please hold. I have been on chat group twice and they have told me someone will contact me in example of time and I'm 34th in the que.......still waiting from yesterday. I have also put it on their Facebook. I dont want a call I want an apology from a director.
One of their staff did a U turn in front of on coming traffic so I had to slam on breaks. Instead of apologising he screamed and screamed at me. Verbally abused me.very rude.
<p>On Monday I went to wimpy Randridge mall for breakfast. I normally get a regular coffee and then get a refill for free but on Monday I was charged for 4 coffees instead of for two(I was with someone) So I thought the special was over only to find out today when I went to wimpy Northgate that the special is still on. So basically I was over charged by 2 coffees. I am not impressed that they would take money like that.<br /><br /></p>
<p>The service was extremely slow and when the food came the sandwich was soggy and cold. On the waitresses t shirt it says buy one coffee and get one for free so I did but when I got the bill she had charged me for two she says no the special is only during the week but no where on the badge does it say that. I am very disappointed !! </p>
<p>Best secure never responds to alarms. Their service is disgusting. </p>
