We are highly disappointed with the service and when we complain our review is being removed. We have been waiting for feedback regarding a death claim as no one is coming back to us since last week. We submitted a claim with Assupol last week around the 28th December 2025 and we tried calling Assupol and they always take us from pillar to post. No one gives us clear information regarding the outstanding docs. We called customer care department to request for feedback, and everyone keeps sending us from pillar to post. We requested for Value Certificate yesterday and still no luck. Very bad service indeed.They do not care about clients
To whom it may concern. Assupol claims and customer service team is not treating us fairly as family member of the deceased. We have been kept in the dark about the policy and the claim process. I the questions that we have posed to Assupol are left unanswered and we are left dissatisfied. We have visited the Kroonstad brand and have dealt with a branch consultant that is rude and does not respect people forgetting that the premiums received by Assupol are the ones paying his salary. You are only receiving runarounds or dismissive responses from customer service. The first point of contact at the Kroonstad branch was Timmothy Lephuting who is very useless for a lack of better word. Then we contacted Assupol Head Office and are in correspondence with Jacolien Potgieter who is also not forthcoming with the information and assisting us to put the matter to bed. We feel that all clients should be notified that at claim stage they will not receive a deserving service as they if no premiums were paid.
