Alcus property management...WORST AGENCY EVER
This is the worst agency ever. The service is pathetic to say the least. Paying them is a waste of money. I had an issue with my tenant and all they could say was that we are writing the emails to the tenant and he is not responding or we can't get hold of him. Now that I am canceling the lease, they are very quick to highlight clauses in the contract. They are PATHETIC

Misleading information about the place
We checked in on the 31st of January 2021. Firstly, the room was smelling as if the mat is wet. What we saw on the website and what we found were 2 different things. The shower tap had a very loud sound. I still want to know why its rating is a 5 star as the what we experienced was a 1 star. We decided to check out even though we had booked for 2 nights. When we informed the host that we were moving out, she said I must into the system and cancel the second night then i can pay for 1 night. when leaving, she came to the car and said the owner said we need to pay for 2 nights. How can 2 people working for the same place convey 2 different messages? She became rude and shouting when i registered my unhappiness. I paid for the 2nd night that i did not spend and i was at peace as i couldn't have spent another night at the place. If you value your money and you want a best holiday, I will never advise you to book at this place,, was the worst experience in my life......
