In my experience staying at Castlehill Villas, the only problem I had was with ismart, the company that managed electricity. But all in all, I did not have any problems with the place. Dora in particular was very helpful during my stay there. She was very reliable, friendly and made communicating with her very easy. She made an effort to address any problem or issue I had, in a timely manner and would always follow up to ensure that I am satisfied. I just had recently cancelled my lease and moved out. Since I couldn't find a replacement tenant in time, I had to forfeit my deposit. But two weeks after I had moved out from my unit. Dora contacted me to notify me that they had found a replacement tenant for me and would be refunding the balance of my deposit. I was just so happy recieving these news as I had not expected they would find a new tenant in time. By this time I had already accepted the fact that I had to forfeit my deposit and did not think I would have ever recieved any part of it. The money was in my account in no time. I was so grateful and impressed with Dora following up and ensuring that I get the remainder of my deposit after they had found a new tenant.
