Failure of rent and deposit payment
Worst experience. Signed a placement and management contract with them, the first months rent was paid but the second month wasn’t, I am owed the deposit and the rent. They have failed to follow up or pay any of the outstanding amounts since June 2019. The owner had gotten involved however, the incompetence seems to be a trend in the company.
