Most pathetic ever it's the 10th day they still sending me emails for documents on my HOSPITAL PLAN, I don't think they no what they are doing as each Consultant gives a different version
FNB insure what is wrong with you people I have explained myself over and over again to your consultants I even mentioned that I have sent documents to Tracy but u made me resend document now you sending me emails for the same documents which you claim you did not receive and just last week I spoke to a consultant who said she sent it to the assessor and marked it urgent is there no communication I'm already stressed out my husband is currently on life support then I have to deal with *********** people please get your house in order.
Is there a problem with your lines calls so not want to go through lines just ends Ai what's up with FNB INSURE

My husband received his refund in his premier account then we transferred it into my (wife) Aspire account now fnb has put a hold on it to validate the account, what validation do they need please can someone explain or advise the reason for it fnb say it will take 48hrs for validation and we already waited 90days from Sars for the refund
Why are u sending me emails now to say you are working on my complaint about not receiving your message, is it that you have realised that you have really not sent the message although your I T guys says it was sent and I have told you that I did not receive a message, so now you rather communicate via email.
So after all this back and forth only to be told by them sorry it policy has lapsed but they asked all for all paper work apparently I was send a Sms to notify my which I ddnt receive only a urgent msg with reference number that I must call them as they could not get hold of me, I renewed my policy but will not get a payout as it lapsed the day my husband was admitted and after all the calls not 1 consultant informed me about the lapsed policy, PPL BECAREFULL CHECK UR DOCUMENTS
Just a question has fnb insure ever paid out a HCP Within 5 days seeing that they have all the documentation
