Lazy Manager too Busy on his phone to do his job!!!

This evening my family and I enjoyed an amazing meal and received fantastic service from our waiter McDonald. However when we were busy making payment the restaurant's telephone was ringing and ringing and the blonde waitress and a manager with a checkered shirt and a ridiculous hairstyle that was standing right by the phone didn't pick it up. Our waiter kindly excused himself to answer the telephone and had to take an order. The blonde waitress walked casually away and the manager was too busy talking to some other female whilst he was busy on his WhatsApp. What kind of restaurant employs such lazy people and especially in a managerial position?! Such disrespect towards fellow colleagues should be addressed!
