WORST CUSTOMER CARE, RUSTENBURG!!
After requesting an order of 4x4 accessories and their confirmation that the order has been placed, they will continuously tell you lies and make empty promisses for 3 months. It then came out that they did not even place the order to begin with!!! They do not see any fault with this modus operandi of them and do not undetstand why the customer gets frustrated. Beware!!! You will be dissapointed!

Shocking! Wrong size parts used!
To all people interested in fitting or replacing air shocks. Please be carefull, Air Shock Centre (Vauditech): 1) Fits air shocks to M/Benz ML and GL that are 4 cm larger in circumference than the standard, original M/B parts; and 2) they will not inform you of this fact; and 2) although this larger shock might work well on standard MLs and GLs; 3) they do not physically inspect if the larger shock clears al components and brackets; and 4) should the shock be ruined within 2 days, due to rubbing against components or brackets and your car is not 100% standard, they wil NOT honour their warranty; 5) you will have to pay again! My GL is not standard anymore. It is converted to be a serious off-road vehicle with large tires, roofrack, higher ride, etc. My GL performed well with the standard size M/B airshocks for years. After replacement of a shock that was damaged by a rock, Air Shock Centre (Vauditech) replaced my shock with this 4cm larger shock. They did not inform me that the shock is not the same size as the original part. They did not inspect the fitment to see whether the bigger shock can move freely. After the shock was damaged to the condition that it needed replacement again within 2 days, they reneged on their warranty due to my car being modified (although it was already modified years ago and worked well on the standard M/B air shocks. They fitted the shock on this modified GL). I had to pay again for all labour and parts! I have video footage and invoices as proof of everything I stated herein and will gladly send it to any interested party. (my nr 0836512254). I do not send this post in order to damage the company's reputation. I send this post to warn every person who needs to fit or replace air shocks on their cars, SUVs, trucks, campers, bakkies, etc (which has been modified to suit your needs) to insist on an inspection of the complete job, as they will not do such inspection and if your car is not 100% standard anymore, they will not honour their warranty. You WILL pay again! Kindly contact me for copies of the video footage and invoices.
