After initial complaint, Barbara from Seabrook took over the handling of the matter. I am reporting that the issue at hand is back on track thanks to Barbara from Seabrook
Seabrook where do I begin. Poor communication, poor service delivery. Barbara, Keegan, Josh all working there are blatant lies. Promises are not kept. Service paid for are not done. Goods has been standing at their warehouse for a month and nothing. Promise a shared container but now I see a 40 ft Container booked. This is thievery. Worst is they absolutely an INTENTIONALLY DO NOT GIVE A EXCREMENT. So this mail goes out as a warning to all to be careful when using these guys. I shall involve the relevant authorities
Do not and I cannot emphasize strong enough do not go through flight center when booking on Emirates. I asked for seat allocation was refused by flight center stating I can only do with emirates. Emirates says I cannot with them because flight center owns the booking. So at airport I cannot upgrade as the booking belongs to flight center. Flight center has poor knowledge of Emirates policies and did not keep up to date with changes in system. Book your own way
