SHADEKOR: MR GUILLAME PRETORIUS
Mr Guillame Pretorius from SHADEKOR, is a ***** and a *****ster. He stole my R7000 deposit on 25 March 2023. I had waited 4 days for him to erect a Carport which was quoted for, to no avail. Mr Guillame Pretorius had given me daily promises of tomorrow and next week. He has made various promises of returning my deposit and to date I have not received a cent.

Unprofessional service at Vaper's Corner
The aftercare sales at Vaper's Corner doesn't exist. After purchasing my Caliburn G2 pod system I was informed by the owner that there was a warranty on my pod. A part within my CALIBURN POD CARTRIDGE had broken off, and I was informed that it had broken due to negligence. Hehe, I had refilled the pod as I was trained by the assistant in the store. I was then informed that consumables were not covered by the warranty. I only had the pod for a couple of days. When I asked the owner why the main part of the pod was not under warranty, he had rudely told me that I should listen to the office assistant. I then asked what was the cost of the cartridge and was informed that it was R70 as posted on their website. When wanting to pay I was informed that the cartridge was R80. I had paid, when I was leaving the shop, the owner was very sarcastic and rude to me.

Funds Stolen from LUNO
The Luno server has been hacked and all my information on their server has been leaked out. When logging into my account, I was immediately contacted by a person stating that he was from Luno. The person had provided me with all of my personal information on the Luno Site and had informed me that they were updating the server to a 2019 version. He the sent me a 4 digit code which I needed to log into my account. The next day at 12 he had phoned and sent me a link. This person told me to log into my account 10 min later. When I logged into my account all my money and investment was gone. I immediately contacted Luno who refused to take action or to admit that there system was hacked and that my information was leaked out. Luno will not take any responsibility in this regard and are in denial. Shame on Luno for allowing hardworking people of the public to be robbed. It is clear to me that this person had all my information and that he had access to the Luno site, this could also be a person working for Luno.
