I AM STILL A DISSATISFIED CLIENT, UP TO NOW MT CASE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. AN AGENT CALLED ME LAST WEEK STATING THAT THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME ON FRIDAY LAST WEEK AND I AM STILL WAITING !!!! FNB NEEDS TO IMPROVE ON THEIR CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT BECAUSE UP TO NOW, NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHATS GOING ON WITH MY QUERY
I don't recommend anyone taking Housing Finance from FNB. I am extremely dissatisfied about how they handled my situation. I went to 2 different branches about money I've been paying for my bond that has been allocated incorrectly, I was then told I need to send an email to some "pleasehelpme" email which to this day I haven't received a reply from it. Subsequently, I'm then told that my query is escalated to Transnet and I must take it up with them. Again, no help either. I'm not sure that the actual problem is for the consultants to locate my money and get it to the rightful account. Now I must still be the one running after the money I'm paying to FNB. It's ridiculously insane! Now this has compromised the home insurance I have because now it seems I'm not even paying the money.
I am extremely dissatisfied about my experience with Transnet, specifically the Housing department. I sent an email on the 8th of March 2024 to Reagile Mtambo who is supposedly supposed to help me, no reply to my mails since and the number I have been given to call, it rings and shoots straight to Nozipho Dlamini's voice mail for days on end now. This is pathetic. My housing query with FNB has been escalated to transnet and the people who are supposed to help me are being *********** about it.
Good afternoon, my ID has been blocked since 2016 without being told what the reason is. i have gone to all the Home affairs departments within my area ( Alberton,Boksburg and Brakpan) to reslove the issue but until today i have not been helped. I was recently referred to the Pretoria Head Office, which i also did not get any help. i am unable to transact between my accounts and anything that i wish to do for my family that requires an ID i cannot do because of this issue, please help.
