Extremely bad service and unprofessional!
Living Divani is an unprofessional company to deal with. They took about 10 months to sort out snags, the installer must have come about 10 times to sort out snags. The very last snag was to put the corner covers on the end caps of the rods. First the colour was not correct, then when they did get the correct colour, the installer used 2-way tape to stick the corners together. Absolutely flabbergasted that this was even a solution! This fell apart within 2 hours, we were lucky that it did not fall on any of my kids as it was metal rods. Karen who is the owner of Living Divani said this was the best they could do... and then she blocked my number.

My experience with Totem Kitchens - not too bad but can definitely improve
Totem Kitchens did our kitchen and bathroom vanities when we moved to our new home just over 2 years ago. Much time was spent on our designs and in the end it all looked great! The service is good however in the last few months we had some additional things done like our Bar, TV unit and PJ lounge TV unit which cost us a fortune. There were many comebacks on this and took 4-5 months to resolve. The reason for me writing this review is to inform others about the choices in cupboard doors and the counter tops based on our experience in the last 2 years. There are 2 things that I wouldn't advise for kitchens: 1) Duco painted doors dont last that long, our doors are just over 2 years and paint on the edges are starting to come off. I wish we had went for the gloss doors instead. Had we been advised about the disadvantages of duco, we would have chosen otherwise and most definitely invested in spending more for long term benefits. 2) Silestone (company is Stone on Time) is not that strong as it is made out to be, we had a hairline crack that extends from our stove within months of installation. We also recently installed a sink in the PJ lounge where silestone was used, however the silestone chipped on the inside and this has not been repaired. The service on the silestone repairs is very poor. If you are able to spend a bit more, rather go for caesarstone or the like as it will last you much longer.

Shocking service!
We usually enjoy eating out at Nostimos because of the spacious and child friendly environment. However, I was rather disappointed with the quality of my meal as well as the service and attitude of the managers. I initially ordered the king prawn and calamari combo. When my food arrived, the vegetables looked unappetising, the prawns and calamari were just so overdone. I complained to the waiter who then took my food away and asked if I would like to order something else. I then decided to order a chicken dish. My food arrived at least half an hour later. The rest of my family had already finished their dinner. Anyway I had the chicken and handed some of it to my sister as I could not finish it. After 10 minutes, I had severe stomach cramps, which then resulted in a runny tummy. My sister thereafter had the same experience. The only thing that comes to mind was that something was deliberately added to my meal causing this discomfort and possible food poisoning. If this is how customers are treated then I surely will not be visiting this Nostimo again! This was the second time that my seafood was overdone!
