I made a booking through booking.com but had troubles with my credit card. I called Insignia Lifestyle to confirm the booking and ask if I could make payment on arrival. They confirmed and told me my booking was there and that I could make payment on arrival. When I got there they said to me that my booking was cancelled due to no payment AFTER confirming that I could make payment on arrival. They told me there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked and I was left stranded. Worst experience ever and I thought high of the place. The lady that was helping us had no interest at all.
