Horrible customer relations as thyy do not respond to e mails or phone calls. They have rules that do not make sense and which you only find out about on arrival. Bed rooms are decent but living room furniture was not well kept. To top it off it has been three weeks since my stay and they have not given me my refund, even after numerous requests. Do not recommend this place at all.

I have request for my refund at this establishment on a number of times, no one seems to bother tell me what happening or contact me. I have sent a number of emails and calls to no response.

I made a booking through booking.com but had troubles with my credit card. I called Insignia Lifestyle to confirm the booking and ask if I could make payment on arrival. They confirmed and told me my booking was there and that I could make payment on arrival. When I got there they said to me that my booking was cancelled due to no payment AFTER confirming that I could make payment on arrival. They told me there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked and I was left stranded. Worst experience ever and I thought high of the place. The lady that was helping us had no interest at all.

We booked for two nights at these apartments and it was awful! We got booked in on the 23rd of October to get some much needed R&R,unfortunately this was not the case. There was drunken people partying above us til 3am the next morning and reception closes at 9pm so we had no one to complain to about this rowdy behaviour. Both tvs were not working in the bedroom and the aircons which the technician assisted us with at 2am that Sunday morning. The geyser was switched off to 10am and we had to shower with cold water and the water pressure was turned down to the point were i felt like i didnt even shower. The maid also didnt clean the bedrooms and the few dishes she washed wasnt even packed away!!! The toilets were also dirty and toilet rolls were not replaced. I will NEVER book here again! And the cost was 1400 a night which i could have paid at a 4star hotel!!! Absolutely pathetic!!!

<p>I went to Insignia Luxury Apartment in Sandton with my friends last friday (24 June 16) and I have to say THE PLACE IS GORGEOUS!!!.</p> <p>The furniture is stylish, colors chosen for the bedroom walls are calming, bathrooms and kitchen on point ..I can go on for days. I am very pleased. I will surely recommend this place to my friends and will most def go back again in the future.</p>
