SCAMMERS FROM HELL. A close friend of mine bought a product on this website last month. She has been waiting for her orders ever since. These @#&% keep lying to her saying she will get her tracking number and her order soon. You idiots will get what's coming to you. You post fake positive reviews when in fact you have been scamming people using different websites and banks.
I have been having a couple of issues with my account and whenever I try to call their customer line no one answers. I have logged a lot of queries on my account and they still dont get back to me. I have never given them any problems with paying, but they always give me issues when I try get through to them. I thought its just Telkom that sucks, but its becoming evident that MWEB has poor customer service.
Such ****tiness! Never again will I make a purchase from this pathetic company. Their delivery service sucks big time. I made an order yesterday with an expectation that it would get delivered at least at 1pm the latest. To my surprise I get a notification at 2pm on that day stating that my order is leaving their building. Their warehouse is literally 20min away from the company of my recipient. It's past 4pm and they still haven't delivered. I called them and spoke to a guy by the name Kat and the delivery guy was apparently 10min away from... It's been 25min and still nothing. NEVER AGAIN
I've never experienced such terrible customer service in my whole entire life!!! I called telkom early March to setup my adsl rental line for at home and on numerous occasions I got an agent that gave me stupid information. Eventually got an agent that "was able to help"...I setup everything, had a technician come through to install only to find out that I've been given wrong information once again. Whenever I called I kept stating that this line is for at home and it must be adsl, but nooo stupid ****en agents gave me a normal business analog line. If Telkom cannot afford to train their staff members let them just SHUT DOWN!!! I called again today to be told that the information I was given and the installation is incorrect and I should contact mweb on their behalf regarding the ****en mistake that they did on their side. I've had it with this company. It's not the first time this happens and it continues
My sister applied for bcom economics last year June 2017 at UJ and she got a respond November stating that she has been placed on the waiting list. We have been contacting them and no one is willing to assist us and the due date for registration is this Friday the 26th of January 2018. A family friend who also applied at UJ went to the kingsway campus with her parents and the security would not let them in. Can we FREAKEN get some help!!! Uj is failing with this online application and registration of theirs, it should learn from these other tertiary institutions how it's done
<p>Never in my life have i ever recieved such poor service. went to absa in campus square to go submit requested document for FICA and the first time i got there i was told my proof of address is invalid as it does not state if i have an account with the company (understandable). I went again the 2nd time, this time with the "affidavit to confirm address" document signed by my dad and the proof of address, i was told my "D" for december looked like an "N" and they will not process it. </p> <p> </p> <p>I went again today FOR THE 3RD TIME! the indian customer service lady (whose name i cannot mention online) told me she cannot accept "affidavit to confirm address" document because my dad has to be around, only after i questioned her she took it and came back with it signed. just when i thought everything is good to go she tells me she needs my ID and not my drivers licence to process everything. Mind you I WAS NEVER TOLD ANYTHING the 1st or 2nd time when i came around. these people keep making me go up and down, wasting my money and time.</p> <p> </p> <p>I AM ENOUGH!!! <p>I went to Insignia Luxury Apartment in Sandton with my friends last friday (24 June 16) and I have to say THE PLACE IS GORGEOUS!!!.</p> <p>The furniture is stylish, colors chosen for the bedroom walls are calming, bathrooms and kitchen on point ..I can go on for days. I am very pleased. I will surely recommend this place to my friends and will most def go back again in the future.</p>
<p> ROSEBANK COLLEGE SHOULD JUST SHUT DOWN!!! The management is just so terrible. I called the school so many times in April asking them when our graduation will be and I got a vague answer. I really dont know why they still operating. A couple of my classmates have called the school and they are now ignoring our calls.</p> <p> When they want you to pay the school fees they call you a thousand times, but they fail to deliver their promises. All the things that are said in their commercials about their employment rate of their graduates is FALSE! THE SCHOOL SHOULD SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD</p>
I have never experienced such bad stinky attitude from a consultant. I went to the Edgars branch in Johannesburg cbd (cnr jourbert & kerk) today to go look for the Huawei p8 lite. When I got there I was greeted by a nice friendly lady of which i didnt get her name. She called Nomsa (that is her name if m not mistaken) who is a Huawei consultant who happened to visit the Edgars store today. Asked her about the gold Huawei p8 lite and she gave me such attitude telling me there is no p8 lite in gold, she works for huawei, i dont know what i am talking about and should get my facts straight. I tried explaining to her i saw the phone online and she snapped at me making noise in the store, making everyone in the store look at me as if I was dumb. I really didnt appreciate her attitude towards me. SHE CANT WORK WITH PEOPLE WHATSOEVER!!! I will never visit the store EVER AGAIN.
On the 25th of Oct I physically went to Edgars Maponya Mall to go look for the hauwei p8 lite cellphone. I was told the store has it in white and i am looking for it in gold. Norman (the guy that works there) told me that on monday (26 Oct) they recieving new stock so probably they will have the phone in gold. I have been calling the stores and no one helps me. If its not the lines being busy, I am put on hold for more than 10minutes. The head office number (0841961030) that i called on Saturday suddenly doesnt work anymore wherelse it was working just fine on saturday. i cant keep calling all the stores in johannesburg, its time and money consuming. I tried the 080020395 number and its a dead line, it goes mute after making the second option. WHAT DOES A PERSON HAVE TO DO IN ORDER TO GET HELPED????
