I spoke to Thando Xaba about a debit order that went through (higher than usual) due to me not submitting my monthly inspection on time. It was my own fault, yet they still decided to re-imburse me and afford me the reduced premium on my Chilli policy. I thought this is excellent service and thus decided to write this positive review. Thank you King Price Insurance!
Be warned....this company has bad, bad, bad client service, the worst i have ever experienced in my entire life. I settled my vehicle early (after asking them 6 times for a settlement figure). Now trying to get them to respond to my queries re- the vehicles NATIS papers (2 emails submitted to date). On the advice of the gentleman who answers their land line, i paid the money for the NATIS papers into my agreement account as the account details and required references they provided do not work. Now trying to find out if they received the NATIS funds and when the NATIS papers will be delivered to me (and how long it wil take), but trying to get any sort of communication out of this company is futile, they simply do not reply/respond to emails, they dont respond to queries submitted via their client online portal...just really, really bad customer relations & service. Maybe they will respond to this complaint on Hello peter!
Poor, poor service from SA Homeloans Insurance, claimed for a pool filter that cracked overnight due to the cold and they refuse to pay the claim. Claim number CL4316756. Logged the claim on 16 July and a week later i had to call them again as no service provider had contacted me as promised (supposedly they have 48 hours), anyway, on 2 August i had to contact them again as i still had not been given any feedback on the claim after the service provider had come out (after my 2nd call)....i told SA Homeloans Insurance what i thought of them and that they are "****ing useless" (this after being given the run around since 16 July and they wanted me to leave a message once again for the claims consultant (Leanne) to call me back, after i had already left a message the previous day and they promised to call back and didn't). Within approx 30 minutes of me telling them their fortune, i receive an e-mail telling me my claim had been rejected....amazing....was my claim rejected for valid reasons or because i told them what i think of their service? By their own email admission they state the service providers report is inconclusive as to the reason for my pool filter cracking....now they want me to pay an expert to access the damage and lodge an appeal if i want to.....watch out, SA Homeloans is a great company, but do not use their insurance, this is my 3rd claim in 10 years and all i have ever experienced is problems with their insurance side....they suck big time!
