She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the best pet insurance plan for my two new babies, as well as the perfect plan for my older baby. Her communication was outstanding, and she truly listened to what I was looking for. The level of care and service she provided was exceptional. POOOOOOOR Service delivery, cannot get feedback after we've sent something on Overnight Service and I am now getting bad reviews due to your inefficiency and poor service delivery. No one can give us an answer, or feedback on my late delivery!!!
Update 2: you yet again promised a refund (this after you told us 2 weeks ago that the refund is loaded) that our money will reflect in our account within 24hrs. 72 hrs have passed. 10 weeks and counting! Update 1: 2 weeks have gone by, empty promise after empty promise, still no refund actioned, and to top it off, they block you on their Facebook page. What a joke! ZERO stars for you! ✅Poor service ✅Poor quality products ✅Empty promises Been waiting for weeks to get a refund sorted, after a delay in getting the product delivered on time and when it eventually arrived, it was a shocker. 2 and a half months of *** service. Maybe this is the only way I will get some real assistance. You debited my account with an additional R2500 on 2 Dec, I've given you 10 days to solve this and get back to me on how you will fix this but to date I've only received 1 email with a whole lot of nonsense that does not explain why you are stealing money from me!
Impossible to get an update on a Home Loan Application for more than 10 Business Days now. Submitted early in Dec and to date, I have had no joy with the sales consultant. She was quick to ask that I put her name in the application for commission but since then the service has been below zero! No acknowledgment of emails, no responses...tried for more than an hour now to get hold of her or her supervisor, another failed attempt. Should I look for another bank after almost 15 years?
Ordered and paid for 2 Manhattan Universal Basic LCD Full-Motion Wall Mount on 2 August. On 5 August I log in to check on the progress of the order and I see that the status changed to "cancelled". No Notification from Makro, No explanation, No service. Not sure I understand your poor system, I must pay you immediately but you need 48hrs to give me feedback? Makro - Pay back my Money!!!
