Good and Prompt Service and Delivery

Good and Prompt Service and Delivery, package arrived on time and i am happy with the product, i am -1 star because the packaging for my item was really bruised and busted and was actually open, luckily no damage to the leatherman though and it seems fine. Not sure if the package got damaged on the way here and it was the couriers fault or if it was a already sent that way. I am expecting it was the former. Anyways i am pleased with PackRat :)
