I am using WindSurf for development of critical systems. My work was stopped by a notice that I need to add more funds, which I did. I actually took out 2 Pro subscriptions and in addition to that bought extra tokens. But the notice of insufficent funds did not disappear and I could not contunue my work. I sent several emails form 2 email addresses where i reported my problem but now after 3 days I still have has no response on any of my emails. So they do not care of you can do your critical work or not. They just ignored all mmy emails asking for a solution.
I rented a car from First Car Rental in Johannesburg. When collecting the car they just handed the keys over to me and said I will find the car in booth so-and-so. When returning the car they suddenly discovered a near-invisible little dent and they deducted money for repairs. This "dent" was not caused by me and at night the car was locked up in a garage. I lodged a complaint and asked for all relevant documentation. I then discovered that they make you sign off at the counter that there are no defects on the car WITHOUT YOU EVEN HAVING SEEN THE CAR! I expected that there would be a person at the car that would go over the car together with me and then when we both agree on the condition of the car to sign it off together. When I collected the car I did not see anything because I just got into the car to drive off and did not inspect it thoroughly. The dent is so small that it is very hard to find in any case. I think it is criminal to have a customer sign off that a car has no defects without him/her even having the opportunity to see or inspect the car. Their inspector should have pointed out the defect or no defect. I am not sure if I would have seen that near-invisible dent by myself in any case. You may say I should not have signed the form but when you pick up a car you are normally in a hurry and you just sign wherever they tell you to sign without querying. You do expect an inspection of the car when you actually pick up the car and never expected that you sign off on the condition of the car without even seeing it.
They developed an MT4 indicator for me, but there is a problem with the results of one of the routines they have programmed. After at least 5 requests to them to have a look at this and fix the problem they just totally ignore me. Not even acknowledging my e-mails or saying they are not prepared to do it. I offered to pay for the fix (which should actually be free because they created the error) but they just ignore all attempts to communicate with them.
These people are just unbelievable! I have never in my life met such dishonest crooked people that are just there to rip you off. Lying and false promises are all you will get from them. And they will take you for a ride for as much money they can get from you. They have no expertise to fix something. My fridge is totally dead since they worked on it. They give me a false six months guarantee which is another lie just to get your money. They will never come back to really fix your appliance. They have made 4 promises to come back to fix their bad work but never pitched up. I am going to report this people to the police for fraud. I have the make of their bakkie, numberplate, etc.
These people are criminals. They came to "repair" my fridge. Said they need to replace the filter and regas and it will cost R1,900. I complained about the high cost but was desperate to get my fridge working again so I agreed. Not long afterwards they said the fridge was now working and will take a short while to cool down. I paid the R1,900. Then the fridge never cooled down. It was even worse than before and i had to remove all my food. I phoned themtelling them that the fridge was not working. They said that they will come out the next day. The next day I heard nothing from them. I phoned again and they promised to arrive between 3-4 the afternoon. They never pitched up. Since then they have refused to take my calls. I now found out that they have been doing this for years. They must be stopped.
I have now been trying for 3 weeks to have my account verified. They rejected my utility bill which I have been using successfully for years at many organizations as proof of address because first, they say it is not a utility bill and when I pointed out that it was they then said they cannot read it. But it is printed by computer and nobody has ever beforehand trouble in reading it. Then out of desperation, I sent a bank statement with my name and address as additional proof of address TWO weeks ago! All my account says they are viewing the document. They have NO support e-mail address and NO Live Chat and I cannot find a support telephone number so I cannot contact them. They only give support to VIP customers that have more than 15.000 Euros in their account. In the meantime, my money lies frozen in their account and I cannot use it or withdraw it.
These people make it about impossible for you to cancel. You cannot find a place to do it even after searching for hours. Eventually, by pure luck I found the very small print and then discovered that it cannot be done online you have to do it in writing and send it to an address in Europe. Then they wait for 2 weeks before the will action it so that you move into a new month where they can deduct money from your account. I faxed my written cancellation more than a month ago and i am still getting e-mails every day. I tried to close and delete my profile but they do not allow that also. They are absolute criminals that want to take your money any way they can! STAY AWAY!!
