Beware
Beware, I can't add anymore derisory comment than already voiced. But add their 3month guarantee runs out as they leave your property. I tripped up by using a web site ‘Appliance Tigers’. They were Pinnacle Appliance Repairs in disguise. No doubt they will change this as well. Further clues to note, They exist a single trader they do not leave a physical address nor VAT registration. Not impossible but very difficult to reclaim your payment. My payment was made to: Z Mate ABSA account 4099097670

Scammers!
Complete scammers. They said they repaired the fridge but when it still didn't work I got someone else out and they had used old parts from a different brand in the fridge. I Paid R3800 and now they won't take my calls.

BEWARE SCAM!!! COLLEN PINNACLE APPLIANCE REPAIR
I called Collen to come and repair a gas stove. They can out repaired it charged me R1600 It stopped working all was than a month of the so called repair having been done. I have tried calling and WhatsApp on numerous occasions Collen refuses to answer my calls. This is just a SCAM!!!! They repair things for about 5 min and as soon as you have paid the account the items stops working they refuse to take your calls and refuse to come out and fix the problem. DO NOT ISE THEM IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

BEWARE SCAM!!! COLLEN PINNACLE APPLIANCE REPAIR
I called Collen to come and repair a gas stove. They can out repaired it charged me R1600 It stopped working all was than a month of the so called repair having been done. I have tried calling and WhatsApp on numerous occasions Collen refuses to answer my calls. This is just a SCAM!!!! They repair things for about 5 min and as soon as you have paid the account the items stops working they refuse to take your calls and refuse to come out and fix the problem. If I could have given a Zero star I would have. Collen and his team mate from Pinnacle Appliance Repair, are only there to scam innocent people. We got them to fix our fridge, since it doesn't cool, and needed to be regased, the next day our fridge still didn't work and I contacted Collen, he promised to come fix the problem, today I phoned them again, and told him that I will go to the police, since they took R2500 for a job they never really did. PLEASE DONT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Pinnacle Appliance Repairs Ignores my Call after Payment and Failed Repairs
Please, can this company be stopped from trading. Paid them R 5,850 on 23 April to fix my fridge, shortly after, another R 2400 as the fridge was not working and they indicated that the fault was due to something else. My fridge is still not working and they are ignoring my calls. They should be stopped as they continue to rob customers of their hard-earned money. I'm exploring consulting the consumer protection lawyer, however, this option will be lengthy and expensive but must be done.

Stay away! They are scammers!
These people are just unbelievable! I have never in my life met such dishonest crooked people that are just there to rip you off. Lying and false promises are all you will get from them. And they will take you for a ride for as much money they can get from you. They have no expertise to fix something. My fridge is totally dead since they worked on it. They give me a false six months guarantee which is another lie just to get your money. They will never come back to really fix your appliance. They have made 4 promises to come back to fix their bad work but never pitched up. I am going to report this people to the police for fraud. I have the make of their bakkie, numberplate, etc.

These people are just unbelievable! I have never in my life met such dishonest crooked people that are just there to rip you off. Lying and false promises are all you will get from them. And they will take you for a ride for as much money they can get from you. They have no expertise to fix something. My fridge is totally dead since they worked on it. They give me a false six months guarantee which is another lie just to get your money. They will never come back to really fix your appliance. They have made 4 promises to come back to fix their bad work but never pitched up. I am going to report this people to the police for fraud. I have the make of their bakkie, numberplate, etc.

These people are criminals. They came to "repair" my fridge. Said they need to replace the filter and regas and it will cost R1,900. I complained about the high cost but was desperate to get my fridge working again so I agreed. Not long afterwards they said the fridge was now working and will take a short while to cool down. I paid the R1,900. Then the fridge never cooled down. It was even worse than before and i had to remove all my food. I phoned themtelling them that the fridge was not working. They said that they will come out the next day. The next day I heard nothing from them. I phoned again and they promised to arrive between 3-4 the afternoon. They never pitched up. Since then they have refused to take my calls. I now found out that they have been doing this for years. They must be stopped.
