Our Chery went into Farber for a bumper and taillight repair. It has now been four weeks. When I went to collect the car, I discovered they had installed the wrong taillight (the wrong color). Somehow this glaring mistake had already passed their quality control. Since then, there have been no clear updates on when the correct part will arrive or when the repair will actually be completed. The biggest issue has been the lack of communication. If I was kept informed, I could deal with the delay, but instead I’ve been left without a car and without answers. Very frustrating and inconvenient experience.
Complete scammers. They said they repaired the fridge but when it still didn't work I got someone else out and they had used old parts from a different brand in the fridge. I Paid R3800 and now they won't take my calls.
Hello. It is really frustrating that you aren't emailing bank statements anymore. I have 6 accounts with you and now I have to schlep through all my accounts to download my statements before I send them to my accountant. How irritating! We should be allowed to opt back in to this feature??
The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They started my floor on 21 November 2018 and said it would take 5 weeks. In June 2019 they had still only completed 60 percent of the floor. The quality of their workmanship is absolutely terrible. They literally have no clue what they are doing. They promised me 2 teams to work on the job but only sent a team of 4 people. There was absolutely no supervision on-site and just excuse and lie after lie. The floors they have 'finished' are not flat, have holes in them, and are discoloured. I can't actually believe what charlatans these people are. Please do not waste your time and money with this company.
I went to the Standard Bank Atm in Sandton City to deposit R4980 cash into my Market Link account. The atm swallowed three money and didn't credit my account but gave me a slip stating cash jam. I immediately went into the branch and they said - No problem sir we will de a recon tonight and will sort this matter for you by tomorrow. Well it's been almost a week now! I have bills to pay and children to feed and now I'm suffering because of Standard Bank's faulty machine? Where is the sense of urgency. I phoned the call centre and they said I will have to wait for the report to be concluded. And that they're sorry but they can't do anything but I must be patient please. Not acceptable! I need that money. Where is the urgency!?
