It's been 2 weeks and our claim is still not resolved. We had a burst pipe that was fixed. Two weeks later and the tiles that were cut off the wall is still not fixed, Outsurance only want the tilers to fix the 6 tiles that was cut off and not even with the same tile colour. The tiles that we have in our bathroom are old tiles that you don't get anymore, so they want to fix it with diffrent colour tiles. They don't know when they can assist us, and we are now waiting !!! This is unacceptable.

Worst Service I've received in a while. Myself and my husband need to get a letter from FNB, to show that he doesn't have 2x credit cards, since the bank made a mistake,. We are trying to sell our house and need that letter as confirmation. We have been trying non stop now to get someone to send us a letter for 2months now, and every time they just tell us, they will get back to us ( Which they dont). We've been to the bank, we've send them mails, called the number that was given to us, and still nothing!!!! Terrible bank, with pathetic service.
If I could have given a Zero star I would have. Collen and his team mate from Pinnacle Appliance Repair, are only there to scam innocent people. We got them to fix our fridge, since it doesn't cool, and needed to be regased, the next day our fridge still didn't work and I contacted Collen, he promised to come fix the problem, today I phoned them again, and told him that I will go to the police, since they took R2500 for a job they never really did. PLEASE DONT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!!
Terrible place. 1st time i went to Burger King, the lady at the window where you receive the food, asked me to please reverse my car a bit, as there is a timer that starts running as soon as you park your car infront of the window, 2nd time it happend again. Everytime i ask for milktart milkshake they tell me they dont have, and also no sundaes, even on Mr. D food it show's sold out. But when i asked my son to go inside Burger King, they somehow had sundaes and milkshakes available.
Worst Company ever. I bought furniture online using my Mobicred account (which is a credit provider), due to the waiting period for the furniture which is 3months, i decided to ask the furniture shop for a refund, (which they did). The refund was done on the 27th of July, today is the 4th of August, and the money which Mobicred received, and my proof of payment is still not allocated on my account which is R31,000, ive send numerous emails, used their whatsapp number, and everytime they tell me, they will get someone to call me back and allocate the money, nobody bothers to call me back or assist me.
Its not the first time that i complain about the bad service that myself or family and friend of mine received, or that the food at Checkers Randfontein, has already expired, or that when you want to buy food from either their cooked food counters or fresh and baked fish there are flies sitting on the food, and when i complain about it, the ladies working at the store, just pull their shoulders up, and says; well theirs nothing we can do. I will rather go to the other grocery stores in Randfontein, before i buy from Checkers again, they sell old and contaminated food.
Worst service ever!!! I phoned to order 2x pizza's for delivery at approximately 19:24 at 20:30 i received only 1x pizza, the driver told me he would come back with my other pizza i ordered. After a long wait..... i received the second pizza which was at 21:30, the driver told me the pizza was never even made.
I am very unsatisfied with Telkom, ive logged a case with them on the 4th of October and today is the 25th, nobody is calling me back, and my phone is still not working. They are the worst service provider ever!!!!!!!
