I bought a mini cooper countryman, 2011 model from Bloomsbury motors, Brooklyn, Cape Town, immediately I noticed the nob used to set mirror was not working, I contacted them, they organised some repairs even though the took sometimes. I was served by Craig 2017 who soon left the company. When I attended to take car told me to come for registration papers, he will call when they are ready. On my arrival home I took a look on my car it was fine but there were no documents, I just assumed that they will give me everything when they have transferred the car. He called me, I went on a Saturday, he brought the plates, fit it the disc. I was rushing to an appointment immediately left forgetting to ask about everything else, in particular the service book. I sent them numerous emails as Craig said the service book was in the car, when he left I was referred to Smiles, he said is gona get it from Mini Cooper and let me know when it's available. When I had to go for service in 2018, they still haven't contacted me, I called Smiles who said they still waiting for Mini Cooper. Up till today they never furnish me with service book, I'm reminded of this issue because I have to go for forth annual service now without service book nor the previous service history.
I have been calling them requesting statement as well as balance, when the call me I requested same and gave them my email address, but they haven't send instead they continue to call and every time I ask for statement phone cones off
They are scam, don't send you correct goods and tell stories when you are returning it. Your will never get your products
