Great customer care and service from Clifton Vorster Ford Vereeniging
I would just like to thank the Ford Vereeniging team, special mention to Clifton Vorster, for going above and beyond with there customer service. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Terrible web site and customer service
If I could give zero I would. This company has deducted 3 MONTHS of payments after i requested a cancellation after my contract was supposed to end in September. Apparently my web enquiry to cancel pitched up as blank on their side even though I received an email with a reference they say there is nothing that they can do about this as my details were not on the enquiry but I ask you with tears in my eyes why I then would receive a reference number on email and I phoned the customer care line and complained via email now my cancellation will only be processed as of November, so I am three months in arrears although My cancellation was ignored and after September it was supposed to be a month to month contract. I highly recommend not using them as they will delay delay delay to get as much out of you as they can
