Paid for a service that I'm not getting
I have an uncapped account with WebAfrica and I'm "Out of Bundle" I phoned them and spoke to them on their WhatsApp number and it's the same excuse - They blaming Telkom. This is what Daryll Houtzamer from WebAfrica said to me on the WhatsApp: "Apparently Telkom were trying something new but doing everything in separate batches, I don't know how they did it before, but they now had to do it all manually one by one" I pay WebAfrica and I've been without WiFi that's my reality. Stop blaming Telkom WebAfrica.
