**** ALERT!!! Arrived to fix tumble drier, Replaced Condenser apparently. On inspection afterward, they did not put in a new one. Tumble drier still in same condition. Came a second time telling me the Element is gone and they need a part. Left me with a tumble drier in pieces and broken. Paid R1650 for consult and part. Now not answering phones! TERRIBLY ****MED - Be Warned!
Be very cautious if looking to use this alarm installer. I paid for alarms that were part installed only to discover the stock provided is no longer in circulation so no warentees. I then waited for beams to arrive and after many, many stories, lies and threats to the owner Raven, I received second hand stock with rust on the back. I got another company in to finish the job and it cost me much more to have it all sorted out. Be warned
Customer service is SHOCKING, now leaning towards *****!! - My son travelled to SA from UK last year August. He signed up as a guest on a contract and immediately cancelled, paying the cancellation fee to use the window whilst he was there to use the facilities. They do not have a reasonable guest option. I allowed him to use my SA bank account for this. Virgin Active continued the debit order way into January 2023, with me emailing and emailing until eventually they responded and apologised, refunding me the money deducted in error. CAN you believe a month later the debit order picked up again and has continued since February 2023 to now every single month at R680 pm! I have escalated, Emailed, shouted - NO SUCCESS. I will now have to get lawyers involved! I cannot cancel the Debit order over R500 from outside the country with ABSA! - BE WARNED WHEN SIGNING OR COMMITTING TO VIRGIN ACTIVE! They owe me money and continue to take it every month! - One can only hope they will respond here at least!

Shocking, Shocking, Shocking Service!!!! Receive a demand from RCS for Club fees owing since December 2020. Try and call them. Every single number online or given by RCS is faulty!! Get through to them via RCS - they hear my story, interrogate me on security questions, Put me through to a supervisor, Cut me off 3 times!!! - Still I cannot speak to someone to get this sorted!!! 11 phone calls later: Have the evidence from RCS that they forwarded confirming my club card is cancelled, yet still they bill me. I CANNOT DEAL WITH THIS ANYMORE! EDGARS YOUR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING and your staff need serious training!!!!
Well done to Liezel Booysen for being so persistent and patience with me until I got around to looking at what she sent me. My furbabies are now covered. Excellent service thank you, what a lovely young lady to speak to. Thanks Liezel.
