Right fit doors , Do you even still exist? Pathethic service

I had an installation done by Right fit doors barely a year ago, Now the door is stuck and there is no way of getting hold of them. Am struggling to get hold of them the same way I struggled to get hold of them after I had paid fully for the door last year. Their no@ 012 817 2065 is forever unavailable, an email sent to them on the 24th of July 2019 remains unanswered till to date, including a message which I left on their "contact us " block on their website. I have even tried the cell number @ 072 5592409 listed under their name without any success. I have never come across a company that has such disregard for customer service> when you do use them- its at your own risk.
