Clicks/Wahl clipper
We bought a Wahl hair clipper at clicks pharmacy in Vangate Mall clicks pharmacy, when we opened it and we realized a part in it was broken we took it to the nearest clicks at Junction mall, but they told us its not the company fault, we explained that we got it like that but still. So now we are with the clipper that's not working coz they refuse to take it back and send to the supplier. what can we do, we tried everything but seem like we are fighting a losing battle l feel like the flushed whole R400 down the drain....please assist

Clipper
We clipper at click in Vangate Mall clicks, we found it broken a piece in it, when we took to the nearest one in Philippi junction mall, they told us it's our fault. We explained how it we got but still didn't help. Now we are left with a new broken clipper.
