I would like to write a review about AutoCity Group. I received the best service from Monika in Heidelberg. She made the sale a very easy ans smooth process. I couldn't have gotten a better sales person. I would recommend her to any buyer wanting a vehicle at Heidelberg AutoCity. Thanks for the excellent service Monika.

The worst customer service I've ever received. MTN retentions department is as useless as they come. Firstly you hold for more than 30 minutes awaiting a consultation by the name of Cynthia and then she's rude and not helpful. At the same time they tell you to hold in between the conversation. Worst part she tells you after 45 minutes discussing with her that her system does not work and you need to be the one calling them back. Wow mtn you are a useless and worst service provider I've ever worked with and I will sure learn my lesson and never have a contract with you
MTN South Africa, stole my money this month. I had a contract with MTN for the past 2 years and the contract end date was 19th April 2021. I went to MTN outlet in Heidelberg mall on the 19th with an intention to cancel my contract with them, however I was told by the lady who assisted me that, my contract could not be cancelled on the day and I needed to comeback the following day. Due to the bad customer service I received from the lady and the bad attitude she had, I opted not to visit MTN Heidelberg anymore. On the same day I then called MTN help line seeking assistance with cancelation, however this did not yield anything as I was put on hold for more than 45 minutes and then after the call just hung_up. On 20th April 2021 at around 08:00am I received 2 SMSs from MTN stating that my contract with MTN had ended and my contract will be changing from R309. 005 to R94. 78, this was sent for both phones I had on contract with MTN. Because I did not also want to keep having a contract with MTN I went to another MTN outlet at springs mall to further cancel this arrangement with MTN as I did not consent or even get a call confirming this. After getting assistance from a consultant in Springs mall, the consultant gave me a reference number for the cancelation {Ref No: 1-4759261621} the consultant further stated that MTN will call me, however I should call should they not call me{which is disappointing from mtn} I called them 3 days later and still no one answered the phone from cancelations. It cam as a surprise to me when I saw my debit order from MTN stating an amount of R618 on the 26yj April 2021. Now this cannot be right on any level as they took money I did not have into my account and also took money without any authorization from myself. How can a company soo big steal money from the poor whilst we are fighting a pendemic. This is a reap off and I believe MTN did this purposely. They mad delay tactics to steal my money. I want MTN to pay me back money before Friday 30th 2021. I need this money to pay my other bills. This is unacceptable from MTN and you going to loose customers because 9f your fraudulent actions.
