TNT is a very unprofessional company
I wished I had come here to read the reviews before engaging this company. I also saw their display at Hirchs Centurion. Firstly you pay 90% deposit before they can start working, then you have to follow him endlessly to start the work. Ranesh, the owner will finally come through to start the work and do a total mess after paying so much money. They did my kitchen and vanities, kitchen still has gaps and looks very untidy for the amount I paid. The vanities in some room are not there, despite being paid and in some room he decided to use different color for the top in the main bedroom. He promised to go back and fix all the mess, to date I’m still following him around without succeeding and this is delaying my project. This is all done beside the fact that he’s been fully paid. This company is a **** and I feel hitachi should also take part of the responsibility as he operates inside their shop. He is ****ming innocent people with his shady work ethics. I will pursue this legally as a matter of principle.

Poor business practices
This shop doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I bought clothes online on 19 August 2020, I was told delivery would be done in 7 days. It’s more than a month later and I’ve been subjected to the most horrific, unbelievable behavior. No delivery has been done up to date, every time I would be told a different story, there was even a time when I was even blamed for their failure to deliver. Well, afterwards they still failed on subsequent promises to deliver. I’ve never witnessed anything like this. I demanded my money back, and I was told they don’t do refunds. So I don’t know what it meant cause they failed to deliver. I’m now resorting to legal recourse and will also be claiming all the costs from them. The way I’m so aggrieved, I wish I could pursue a civil claim against this shop for all the heartache they put me through
